Who we are
Hi! I’m Judy Luther. I studied art at the University of Alabama and started my professional career in the tidewater Virginia area. I participated widely in area shows and was represented by galleries in Newport News and Virginia Beach. I have a piece in the permanent collection of the Chrysler Museum in Virginia Beach.
During this period I also worked for the Colonial Williamsburg foundation as a hand engraver working in front of the public.
After moving to Washington, DC, I spent more than 20 years working for the National Gallery of Art retiring as a product developer for the Gallery shops. At this time all products were required to be based on elements of the Gallery’s collection.
Since moving to Rancho Mirage I have greatly enjoyed participating in the Artists Council showing in numerous shows.
